Building envelopes need to keep liquid out and let moisture leave. A breathable film laminated to a spunbond nonwoven does both.

Such composites can be developed UV-stable and flame-retardant to a customer's specific needs. Felix works with the customer as an R&D team to define the exact need and deliver it to market in the shortest possible lead time.

The composite structures Felix produces are also used in construction as house wraps and roofing covers. They are liquid barriers, and because the composite is breathable, water vapour in the structure is controlled. Beyond the building envelope, the portfolio covers agriculture, packaging and cold chain, cleaning and spill control, and technical nonwoven products.
