Overview
Textile backsheet is Felix's core hygiene material. A film is hot-melt laminated to a spunbond nonwoven, producing a liquid barrier that stops liquid and air passing while letting water vapour through. As the name suggests, the surface has the soft texture and look of a textile product.
It is used mostly in the hygiene sector, for example as the outer layer of a diaper.
