Mulch film

Overview

A micro-engraved polyethylene mulch film from 25 to 250 µm thick with a water-vapour barrier, high opacity, UV protection and weed suppression. It lays and collects easily.

Used with drip irrigation and fumigation, it advances the planting date, saves soil moisture and water, suppresses weeds, slows fertiliser breakdown and drainage, limits soil compaction, reduces root loss and raises yield quality and productivity. It is available in black, white and transparent; colour affects soil temperature. Felix also offers strawberry mulch film.
